Health Systems Engineering is a discipline that consists of the scientific study and application of systems engineering methods to improve the value of healthcare delivery.

The goal of this program is to enhance researchers' understanding of key principles in healthcare delivery science using an multidisciplinary approach.

In a series of 6 lectures, this course introduces the principles and methods of effective leadership in the highly complex industry of healthcare, as well as the leadership and management techniques required to support multidisciplinary teams in improving patient outcomes.

Multi-Stakeholder Engagement is the practice of building and leveraging sustainable and bidirectional partnerships with stakeholders in the healthcare delivery ecosystem, including patients, providers, and researchers.

This course on Quality Improvement for Healthcare Delivery Science aims to provide basic education in quality improvement (QI) to health professionals and trainees to improve competency in the practice of QI and patient safety. The course curriculum consists of four self-directed learning modules focusing on the core concepts, common definitions, tools, and methodology employed in QI.

Research Methods introduces the fundamental principles of study design and analysis for healthcare delivery science projects. It includes examples and step-by-step guidance to support grant proposal development.
